Rondo Community Land Trust’s Stewardship & Education program ensures homeowners have the tools, knowledge, and support to succeed for the long term. From preparing to purchase a home to navigating repairs, refinancing, and resale, we provide guidance that strengthens stable homeownership and helps build lasting community wealth.

Buying a home is a major step. Through our Orientation sessions and working together with our partners, such as Model Cities and Minnesota Homeownership Center, applicants work with financial counselors, as needed. The Home Stretch class also provides education to prepare people for the homebuying process.

What We Offer:

• Orientations provide a time for people to learn more about Rondo CLT, the Land Trust model and ask questions
• Assess readiness, and refer to partners for for pre-purchase credit building
• Assist applicants throughout the application process
• Help to find a Home Stretch class that meets their schedule and language needs
• Referrals to approved lenders who know the CLT program and process
