About The Exchange

As the state’s first commercial land trust, Rondo CLT has been preserving affordable business spaces in Saint Paul and fostering economic equity within our community for years. In 2026, we developed a new type of business incubator, carefully curating 2,800-square-feet at the intersection of Victoria and Selby Avenue.

Kprecia Ambers is a digital illustrator creating figurative, story-driven work that celebrates individuality and resilience. Rooted in Black cultural representation, vibrant color, and storytelling, her work exists to uplift people and reflect their strength.


Kprecia's work, which ranges from wall art to bags and everything in between, explores identity, resilience, and self-expression through digital illustration. It lives across home décor, editorial imagery, campaigns, and licensed collections—designed to uplift, affirm, and reflect the people and spaces it enters.

Briauna Williams is a talented and passionate acrylic artist, muralist, published illustrator, and teaching artist who celebrates the strength and beauty and joy of her community through her art. With a deep commitment to community engagement, and empowerment, Briauna founded her brand Briinoir to provide a range of services that uplift and inspire. At Briinoir, Briauna offers not only stunning artwork and captivating murals, but also henna services and workshops that capture the essence of individuals and communities.
