Rondo Community Land Trust provides technical assistance and business support to help locally owned businesses grow, stabilize, and succeed.

We work with entrepreneurs who are often overlooked in traditional development models,  including artists, makers, cultural producers, and neighborhood-serving businesses. Our goal is to strengthen operations, increase visibility, and expand access to opportunity.

Rondo Exchange

Rondo Exchange, located at 856 Selby Avenue, serves as a small business incubator and creative hub where entrepreneurs can access affordable storefront space and structured support.

Many entrepreneurs face limited access to capital, mentorship, and operational resources. Through a place-based strategy rooted in the Rondo neighborhood, Rondo CLT pairs affordable space with structured business support to help businesses:
