Rondo Exchange is a creative business incubator rooted in the historic Rondo neighborhood. Led by Rondo Community Land Trust, the program supports artists, makers, and entrepreneurs through affordable retail space, business coaching, and creative visibility.
Whether you're building a brand, selling handmade goods, or looking to grow your presence as a neighborhood-based creative, Rondo Exchange offers a launchpad designed with you in mind.

What the Program Offers
Rondo Exchange provides a launchpad for creative entrepreneurs through:
Affordable Retail & Gallery Space
Private and shared spaces for selling, creating, and connecting with customers.
Business Coaching & Technical Assistance
One-on-one guidance, cohort workshops, and expert-led sessions tailored for artistsand makers.
Point-of-Sale & Sales Support
Connected systems, sales training, and on-site support staff.
Marketing & Visibility
Branding support, collaborative promotions, and features through Rondo Rising Business Spotlight opportunities.
Community Engagement Opportunities
Participate in events like Selby Ave Jazz Fest, Small Business Saturday, and pop-upmarkets.
Shared Amenities
High-speed internet, meeting spaces, business tools, and a cohort of peers.
Who It's For
Rondo Exchange is designed for creative entrepreneurs — including artists, artisans, and makers — who are ready to grow and contribute to the cultural and economic life of the neighborhood.
We encourage applications from:
Black-owned and BIPOC-owned businesses
Rondo-connected entrepreneurs (legacy residents + descendants)
Businesses with at least two years of revenue/sales
Creatives offering handmade goods or cultural services
Those who serve or are located within low - to moderate - income neighborhoods
Rondo Exchange is for creative entrepreneurs and small business owners who:
Sell handmade goods, visual art, fashion, or cultural products
Have at least 2 years of operating experience or proof of sales
Serve or live in historically underserved communities
Are committed to community connection and neighborhood presence
Are based in or connected to Rondo or Saint Paul
We also welcome technical assistance providers who support creative businesses and are aligned with our goals of building community wealth and neighborhood stability.
